永續供應鏈

1. 承諾本公司產品符合國際環保法規及客戶綠色無鹵產品要求，避免對環境造成污染以及危害人體健康。
2. 建立管理規範PL-040，並要求所有外包商將原物料與製程添加物納入綠色管理。
3. 遵循國際衝突礦產相關法令規範，每年針對外包商進行礦產來源調查，確保無衝突礦產來源及衝突礦產政策落實。
4. 要求外包商依據依據責任商業聯盟RBA條款，簽署外包商行為準則承諾宣告書，確保外包商瞭解及符合RAB及本公司對產品安全、工作環境、勞工人權、環保及道德相關之要求。
5. 新外包商初評時審查RBA Code of Conduct 合規性，評估永續發展持續性。
6. 稽核檢出不符合公司RBA Code of Conduct 條款，將要求外包商進行改善，如嚴重違規將暫停合作直至確認符合。

創惟制訂完善外包商管理規範，確保外包商所提供之產品及服務皆可符合創惟與利害關係者之要求，

使營業範疇符合ISO各管理系統規範、達到產品品質要求、及依循相關國際之法規，

進而滿足客戶規範並朝永續供應鏈管理為企業社會責任貢獻最大之努力。

RBA責任商業聯盟遵循聲明

本公司已通過責任商業聯盟（Responsible Business Alliance, RBA）行為準則8.0版之自我評估問卷（Self-Assessment Questionnaire, SAQ）審查，確認符合相關準則要求，並取得會員編號：G-CO-10012082。

RBA行為準則8.0版（Code of Conduct 8.0）係由責任商業聯盟制定，旨在確保電子及相關產業供應鏈中的勞工權益、健康安全、環境保護及商業道德等面向達到國際標準。

本準則依據並參照多項國際重要人權原則與規範，包括：

  • 《聯合國企業與人權指導原則》（UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights）
  • 《國際勞工組織工作基本原則與權利宣言》（ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work）
  • 《世界人權宣言》（UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights）

本公司承諾遵循上述國際公認之人權與勞工標準，持續落實企業社會責任，並致力於建立安全、尊重與永續的工作與營運環境。

外包商行為準則（Supplier Code of Conduct）

為確保外包商符合責任商業聯盟（RBA）行為準則8.0版之要求， 本公司已制訂以下管理文件：

  • GL-013 外包商管理程序（Procedure of Subcontractor Management）
  • QA-250 外包商行為準則（Supplier Code of Conduct）
  • QA-250-01 外包商行為準則承諾書（Declaration of Commitment）

透過制度化管理，要求外包商遵循RBA行為準則並落實企業社會責任。

外包商管理程序 (ISO Spec.：GL-013)

依據公司委外生產需求，制訂外包商之各評鑑時機、標準及審查機制，進而針對配合中之合格外包商進行評核及稽核機制，以確保外包商系統運作及生產品質符合要求。
新外包商調查與評鑑作業原則
  • 外包商評核作業，頻率：每年執行兩次
  • 外包商年度品質稽核，依外包商稽核規範執行
  • 外包商評核及外包商稽核結果，未合格之供應商將限期改善
  • 外包商會議，以每季執行評選會議對象及審查內容
  • 視產品生產品質監控結果，評定執行不定期品質稽核之必要性  
♦ 已完成2024年度評核，合格率達 100%， 所有外包商皆符合規範。公司將持續監督，確保產品品質符合客戶需求。

外包商行為準則（ISO Spec.：QA-250）

依據公司委外生產需求，制訂外包商之各評鑑時機、標準及審查機制，進而針對配合中之合格外包商進行評核及稽核機制，以確保外包商系統運作及生產品質符合要求。

  • 各外包商每年執行RBA評核調查
  • 審查各外包商評核回覆，確認評核結果
  • 視評核結果評選稽核對象
  • 依據RBA規則給予外包商建議及改善

外包商行為準則，如下：
為確保創惟科技(GLI)之外包商工作環境的安全、員工受到尊重並具有尊嚴、商業營運促進環保並遵守道德操守，創惟科技(GLI)制訂本「外包商行為準則(“準則＂)」。創惟科技(GLI)要求外包商遵守本準則，同時遵守其經營所在國與地區的法律和法規。創惟科技(GLI)也鼓勵外包商要求其下游外包商、承包商和服務提供商認同並採用本準則。
       GLI has developed this Supplier Code of Conduct (the "Code") to ensure that a safe working environment is in GLI supply chain, employees are treated with respect and dignity, and business operations are environmentally friendly and ethical. GLI requires suppliers to comply with this Code, as well as the laws and regulations of the countries and regions in which they operate. GLI also encourages suppliers to require their downstream suppliers, contractors and service providers to agree and adopt this Code.
       外包商行為準則中各項規定乃是以「責任商業聯盟(RBA, 前身為EICC)行為準則」為藍本，並參照「聯合國企業與人權指導原則」(the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights)及其他國際間普遍採用之人權規章包括「國際勞工組織工作基本原則與權利宣言」(ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work)及「世界人權宣言」(the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights)所訂定。內容依責任商業聯盟行為準則最新版本為依據，並隨之更新而變更。目前參考版本為RBA 8.0版。
       In alignment with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the provisions in this Code are derived from and respect internationally recognized standards including the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work and the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The content is based on the latest version of the Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct and is subject to change as it is updated. The current reference version is RBA 8.0.
       本準則由五個部分組成：A、B、C部分分別概述勞工、健康與安全以及環境的標準；D部分提供有關商業道德的標準；E部分概述能夠貫徹本準則的合宜管理體系所需的要素。
       The Code is made up of five sections. Sections A, B, and C outline standards for Labor, Health and Safety, and the Environment, respectively. Section D adds standards relating to business ethics. Section E outlines the elements of an acceptable system to manage conformity to this Code.
       外包商必須提交經授權代表簽署「外包商行為準則承諾宣告書」，承諾外包商應遵守並忠實執行本準則。
       The Supplier submits this Declaration signed by an authorized representative, promising that Supplier shall observe and faithfully execute the Declaration of Commitment of Genesyslogic's Supplier Code of Conduc.

無衝突礦產管理政策

創惟科技致力於負責任採購與永續發展， 依循OECD「受衝突影響及高風險地區礦產供應鏈盡職調查指南」， 建立供應鏈盡職調查機制。

同時依據責任礦產倡議（RMI）進行調查與資訊揭露， 確保供應鏈使用非衝突礦產（DRC conflict-free）。

調查礦物範圍包含但不限於：
