Employee Benefits & Retirement System

1. Employee Insurance

In addition to providing Labor Insurance and National Health Insurance as required by law, the company offers fully employer-paid comprehensive group insurance coverage for all employees.

2. Retirement System

In accordance with the Labor Standards Act, the company has established a dedicated labor pension account, retaining seniority for employees hired before the implementation of the new pension system.
Under the Labor Pension Act (new scheme), the company contributes no less than 6% of each employee’s monthly salary to their individual pension account.

3. Bonus System

When the company generates profits, no less than 5% is allocated for employee compensation.
Annual performance evaluations are conducted to determine performance bonuses and year-end bonuses, based on actual operating results, departmental goals, and individual performance.

Work Environment & Employee Safety Measures

Although the company operates primarily within standard office environments, multiple safety measures are implemented to ensure employees are protected at all times during work. These measures include:

1. Office Environment

Office areas are designed and maintained to provide employees with a comfortable and safe working space.

2. Access Control & Security Management

All floors and office areas are equipped with security access control systems and surveillance cameras.
Emergency contact information is available on the internal website.
Dedicated personnel manage visitor registration and badge exchange at the main entrance.
After office hours, security monitoring is activated, allowing the contracted security team to perform remote monitoring and routine patrols.
In case of irregularities, security staff are dispatched to verify and report to the company’s management unit, ensuring employee safety during working hours, holidays, or overtime periods.

3. Environmental Cleaning & Maintenance

Regular disinfection of office areas and scheduled floor waxing are carried out to maintain a clean workplace.

4. Electrical Safety

All power systems are equipped with protective circuit breakers to ensure electrical safety.
