Industrial Level USB 3.2 Gen1 to SD 3.0 DDR200 Dual-LUN Low Power Memory Card Reader Controller
GL3231ST is an USB 3.2 Gen1 Dual-LUN card reader controller and targets for the application which require operating temperature from -40°C to 85°C. GL3231ST provides 2 LUNs (Logic Unit Number) which can support various types of memory cards, such as Secure DigitalTM (SD), microSD and miniSD. GL3231ST supports high density memory cards such as SDXC(capacity up to 2TB) and SDUC(capacity up to 128TB). GL3231ST supports UHS-II speed mode, UHS-I speed mode and further supports the DDR200 speed mode with UHS-I interface to enhance the performance of reading and writing.
 
GL3231ST integrates a high speed 8051 microprocessor and a high efficiency hardware engine for the best data transfer performance between USB and various memory card interfaces. It supports Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) for firmware upgrade to SPI Flash Memory via USB port. It integrates 5V to 3.3V and 3.3V to 1.2V regulators and power MOSFETs which can reduce system BOM cost. It also integrates 5V to 1.2V DC-DC as alternative to improve the power efficiency.
